Background and Experience:
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Michele King studied fashion design and accounting before embarking on a career in travel. She spent 16 years in travel-related major airline business in training, sales and marketing management.
Relocated to Utah in 1993 and always drawn to interior design, Michele built and designed her family’s new Park City home, which was featured in the 2000 Park City Area Showcase of Homes, winning the Realtor’s Choice Award for Best Home. Michele’s talents were recognized by a noted local interior designer who invited Michele to join her professionally and learn the ropes.
After that auspicious beginning, Michele has since shown one to three homes in the Park City Area Showcase for each of the past 12 years, with the exception of 2007-09 when Michele was focused on expanding outside of the Park City area.
In 2003, Michele co-founded the widely-know and respected Casa Bella Furniture and Design in Park City. Three years later when Michele sold the business, Casa Bella had grown to $6 million in annual sales with ten in-house interior designers.
Michele has been an Active Member, Past Board Member and Officer of the Park City Area Homebuilder’s Association since 1999. She is also owner King Carpet and Flooring, which founded in 2002, representing all major brands including rubber and cork flooring.
Born and raised in Medford, New Jersey, Jamie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in interior design at Texas Christian University, and began her career in interior design at Ethan Allen. When the opportunity arose to relocate to Park City in 2007 to design a home in The Colony, Jamie jumped at the chance, culminating in her Park City Parade of Homes debut that year.
She has skills in rendering exteriors and managing projects. Michele King herself extolls Jamie’s “incredible organizational skills and follow through” — and that’s saying something!
Jamie is excited to be working with Michele King Interior Design on a dynamic group of projects: a home in the Garden District of New Orleans, two homes in The Colony and the High Star Ranch, Enclave, and Juniper Landing Developments.

She continues to pursue her passion in Park City creating beautiful spaces for residential homes, inside and out.
